Costs borne by the consumer in case of withdrawal:

Right to withdraw from the contract:

By submitting an order with a payment obligation, the buyer sends the seller a binding proposal to conclude a remote purchase contract and agrees to accept the goods and pay the agreed purchase price, transportation, and delivery costs in accordance with these GTC.
The seller accepts the proposal by sending an email confirmation of the purchase contract details within 48 hours of receiving the buyer's order. The remote purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the email confirmation.
These terms govern the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer, who is a consumer, when concluding a remote contract.
A remote contract refers to a contract concluded exclusively via one or more means of distance communication without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and the consumer. This includes purchases made through the e-shop www.vinylfence.eu or via email at info@bolex.sk.
A consumer is a natural person who acts outside the scope of their business, employment, or profession when entering into and fulfilling a consumer contract.
These GTC do not apply to contracts concluded by means other than remote communication, such as contracts negotiated and concluded in person.
